*~~Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics~~*

I quite often buy from the Lush shop in Cambridge city center, the smells that emanate through the doors really make my mouth water!

If , like me, you have super sensitive skin, Lush is great for makeup, scrubs and shower or bath bits, I've never had an allergic reaction from anything, whereas nearly every other cosmetics company out there makes my skin sore in some way!

I also really like shops where I can watch things being made, or cut from fresh blocks, something about it makes me feel a lot safer shopping there. Also everyone is super lovely and helpful, I can reel off specific ingredients or scents that I'm looking for and they can recommend me things straight away!

Another good reason to shop there is the gift boxes, I've bought several of these now for various family members, and even the pickiest people found stuff they loved :) also the paper and bows are super cute, and my Yuletide purchases of last year were in a box loaded with decorative popcorn!

Happy Hippy shower gel: This gel is the best! It's the only Grapefruit smell that has ever been appealing to me, probably as it smells/is so real! Nice and relaxing, super fruity. Put through your hair for a yummy scent all day long ^_^

Ultrabland: One of Lush's most loved products I think! This is a great treat once or twice a week, I use mine at weekends to take off any heavy makeup from nights out, or after photoshoots where I've been under hot lights all day! Removes makeup so much better than anything else I've ever used.

Sugar Scrub: My awesome mummeh got me this as a little gift, for which I'm super grateful! I love the colour, as it just seems so therauputic, and I adore body scrubs anyway! This was also gentle enough to use as a face scrub! I love how huge it is as well, great value, but remember to store after each use as it'll melt! Mine is stored with the others in a Tupperware box xD

Butterball Bath Bomb: The person that I bought this for actually never even used it! So, boo sucks to her, I decided I would instead ^_^ this feels, obviously, soooo buttery and lovely! Use only a little bit as it does feel super thick on your skin, but also super luxurious!

Bubblegum Lip Scrub: This tasty little number caught my eye on my most recent Lush excursion! Bright pink, emblazoned with the word *Bubblegum*, I had to have it! I have serious OCD when it comes to my lips, they have to be soft at all times! So I thought I would give this a go, I'm really glad that I did! £5.50 is great as you only need a teeny dab, I use this a couple of times a day, then bung a nice Cookie lip balm over the top, yummo! (Plus, if you're a pie like me, you can lick it all off, nomnomnom ^_^)

Honey I Washed The Kids Soap: I don't have a vocabulary extensive enough to express how smelly delightful this soap is! Addictive, very tempted to try eating it (don't do that though). It doesn't lather up hugely either, which is nice for me as I wear a lot of rings and lather can get everywhere!

So, in conclusion, I would seriously recommend Lush to everyone and anyone! Particularly good for health nuts, people with sensitive skin, those who love Nature and Vegans! Also great for their code of Ethics, and of course, for not testing their products or ingredients on our furry friends <3

xx
